Steve Lamb
Owner
The owner of Raptor Fire Protection, Steve is a retired Navy Veteran who served two tours in the Middle East. After returning from his first tour, Steve saw an opportunity to continue his passion for protecting life and property resulting in his current 15 years of experience in the fire life safety industry.
Steve started Raptor Fire Protection because he is dedicated to keeping people and property safe. He is passionate about education and wants to leave every customer with a full understanding of their fire protection system and how to keep it running in the best possible condition.
He specializes in Special Hazards (Preaction and Deluge Systems) and has extensive experience with Data Centers, Hospitals, and Power Plants. Steve values the importance of education and is continuously working to improve his knowledge base to better serve his customers. His goal after every inspection is to make sure his customers are fully informed of the condition of their system and able to make the best decisions to keep their people and property safe.
Jennifer Platt
Office
Jennifer is the center of office support for Raptor Fire Protection. With 25 years of customer service experience, Jennifer strives to uphold Raptor Fire Protection’s mission to keep people and property safe from fire while providing excellent customer service.
Jennifer works to ensure the Raptor Fire Protection team is equipped to handle customer needs, ensuring the team has leading-edge training, tools, and materials. She also understands that providing excellent customer service extends into the billing process. At Raptor Fire Protection we strive for transparent and timely billing practices.
